Abstract : The article presents the results of investigation of the gas dynamics of fan jets at various injection angles from 60 degrees to 135 degrees. To increase the effectiveness of GTE afterburners, the flame is converted to jet or gas dynamic stabilization which produces a zone of backflows by injecting the gas jet (air, gaseous fuel, or a mixture) into the flow of combustible mixture. The limits of stable combustion in jets depend essentially on the parameters determined by the gas dynamics of the stream in the zone of interaction of jets with a flow. (Author)
