Abstract : Particular attention was devoted to the role of particle interaction in determining the properties of solids and condensed matter. The problems under investigation ranged from study of the combined influence of electron-electron and electron-ion interaction on the transport and static properties of metals to consideration of sound propagation in quantum liquids such as He3 and He4. They included the study of transport phenomena in Fermi liquids such as electrons in nearly ferromagnetic metals or liquid He3. (Author)
