Abstract : Generation in MoF6 + H2, UF6 + H2, and F2 + H2 mixtures at pressures up to 120 mm Hg was investigated. It is shown that generation duration is considerably longer in an F2 + H2 mixture when the illumination pulse lasts for 10 micro sec. The paper deals with the investigation of generation in the HF molecule obtained by the pulse photolysis of the fluorine compounds MoF6, UF6, F2 in an H2 mixture. (Author)
