Abstract : Detailed features are given of light scattering from liquid ethyl alcohol droplets condensed by homogeneous nucleation in a supersonic flow. The results were obtained by using an argon-ion laser and they show that Rayleigh scattering occurs. The number and the mean radii of the condensed droplets were measured. (Author)
