Abstract : Low-temperature electric properties of sublimated zinc-sulphide electroluminescent films were investigated by the method of thermostimulated currents. The properties changing with the change in the applied voltage are divided into four regions which are marked as currents of the ohmic region, injection currents, currents in the stimulation process and stimulated currents. Electric properties of films in each of these regions are described and illustrated by the plots of thermostimulated currents. (Author)
