Abstract : A method of manufacture of ferrite film memory elements by evaporation of the ferrite onto a substrate with subsequent heat treatment, differs in that to produce homogeneous magnetic films, to improve their magnetic properties, to increase the evaporation rate and to eliminate impurities, the ferrite source is heated by an electric heater to a temperature at hich the electrical conductivity of the ferrite increases, for example to 300-400 degrees centigrade, and then the ferrite source is heated by high frequency current.
