Abstract : The singlet exciton-charge carrier annihilation rate constant K(s) has been measured as about 5 x 10 to the -5 cu cm/sec for holes and electrons. The magnitude of K(s) is discussed with respect to the magnitude of the electron-hole recombination rate constant. (Author)
