Abstract : Results are presented of physical properties of the atmosphere of Venus detected by visual, photometric, polarization, spectrometric, and radio detection methods. The infrared spectra of the cumulus clouds are given at various zenith angles of the albedo. A layered structure of clouds is suggested based on spectroscopic data. The infrared spectra of the ice crystal clouds at low temperatures are comparable to those of the clouds on Venus. (Author)
