Abstract : The report is concerned with the question of how computer technology can best be applied to the problem of training enlisted personnel to perform maintenance on electronic equipment. The emphasis of the report is on the development of performance skills. A model of performance is presented as an integration of four categories of skills: information processing, sensory-motor, self-programming, and self-monitoring. (Author)
