Abstract : The Amsler Integrator instruction manual has been prepared to instruct the user in the operation of the integrator without benefit of a teacher. The principles stated herein offer the easiest means of calculating the stability, measuring the moment of inertia of solids of rotation referred to the axis of rotation and to other axes, of calculating the ballistic properties of projectiles, the resistance of gun barrels and gun turrets against firing reaction, of measuring the momentum of fly wheels, the strength, the resistance and the maximum allowable load for cables, rails, beams, girders, etc.
