Abstract : The primary purpose of the report is to provide an operational description of the single-layer Hydrodynamical-Numerical (H-N) model and its use for a variety of local oceanographic analyses and predictions. The report also documents the latest additions to the model such as diffusion and transport computations, and the treatment of open boundaries. (Author)
