Abstract : It was established that when organic bases are introduced into butadiene nitrile rubber the bases reduce its electrical resistance. The strongest change in the magnitude of resistance is caused by diphenylguanidine (DPG). The possibility is demonstrated of obtaining colored antistatic rubbers based on the studied complex of SKN-26 rubber with DPG in the presence of various vulcanizing systems and other necessary ingredients. It was shown that the obtained antistatic rubbers retain their electrical resistance at a constant level under the influence of certain external factors (aliphatic hydrocarbons, repeated deformations by stretching).
