Abstract : Experimental and theoretical equations describing structural parameters of the IR spectra of H2O are presented. Several of these have been well established by various methods. The values of these are assumed. Errors are observed in calculations of the oscillator strengths and the halfwidths of the lines. The true value of these parameters and the difference between experimental and calculated curves were obtained.
