Abstract : An attitude control is described, which sets the figure axis perpendicular to directions of the sun and the earth, using a sun-earthalbedo-sensor. The control moment is generated by nozzles, which drive the figure axis after a measurement of the sensor some tenths of degrees towards the aim. The control works according to a simple recursive method including a few logical elements. The arrangement was tested on a airborned table and yielded an accuracy of 0.05 degrees for the aquisition.
