Abstract : The report presents experimental results used in determining the limits of dangerous and safe dynamic external pressures changing both in time and on the shell surfaces according to various rules. The theoretical evaluation of these limits is carried out on the basis of linear theory related to shells. Different modes of load application were carried out using a rigid sample which had the same external geometric form as the shell; the pressure sensors were built into the walls of the rigid sample. The tests have indicated that pressures of the same magnitude are the same on the rigid model and on the chamber walls. (Author Modified Abstract)
