Abstract : ENT-337, which is a candidate repellent, was evaluated on New Zealand White rabbits for its potential to cause skin irritation. The data obtained serve as a basis for making a recommendation concerning its potential use on humans. This recommendation is intended only for guidance in further entomological testing of this compound. ENT 337 should not be harmful to skin but should be used with caution around the eyes and mucosa.
