Abstract : ENT 35670 aGa, ENT 35671 aGA, and ENT 35694 aGA which are candidate repellents, were evaluated on New Zealand White rabbits for their potential to cause skin and eye irritation. The data obtained serve as a basis for making a recommendation concerning their potential use on humans. This recommendation is intended only for guidance in further entomological testing of these compounds. ENT-35670 aGa, ENT 35671 aGa and ENT 35694 aGa are not expected to irritate human eyes if the compoounds should accidentally get into the eyes, provided they are washed out as soon as possible. There are no restrictions for acute application to human skin. (Author)
