Abstract : As pointed out in previous annual reports of this project, the basic philosophy of the research group involves an interdisciplinary approach to a complex of problems related to the terrain-climatic interrelationship along the forest-tundra border. Basic to the study is the use of quantitative terrain and biotic data, field techniques in climatology, and aerial sensing. Summary statements are presented by sub-project.
