Abstract : Investigation has determined that the United States will eventually convert to the metric system but a problem arises as to how it will convert. The report is concerned with evaluating the opinions presented concerning a conversion to the metric system of measurement. It is intended to be a basis for knowing what the issues of a conversion to the metric system are, how they are presented by different segments of United States society, and if there is any bias for or against a conversion by any particular segment as presented in all types of written publications.
