Abstract : Titanium, alloyed with aluminum and tin, exhibits a sharp increase in corrosion resistance, and a reduction in catalytic activity in H2O2 solutions. Thermal oxidation of titanium of VT1 grade in air increases in corrosion resistance ten-fold.
