Abstract : The stationary propagation of an exothermal reaction front in gas-free condensed systems has been studied previously in a number of works. In one it was shown that under specific conditions, stationary burning is unstable and the reaction front propagates in the pulsed mode; the boundary separating both modes (stationary and pulsating) was determined, and the structure and dynamics of oscillations in the pulsation mode was studied. However, the real burning of gas-free condensed systems is always accompanied by heat losses, and therefore it is interesting to study the influence of these losses on various burning regimes. The authors do this.
