Abstract : The paper presents an interpolation formula for converting the 1958 He4 scale vapor pressure measurements to temperature, which is a significant improvement on all previous formulae. The T58 scale was fitted into seventeen segments-three below the lambda point and fourteen above. The polynomials obtained from this formulae can easily be incorporated into computer programs.
