Abstract : Electrical and electroluminescent properties of three different II-IV compound devices have been investigated, Cu-CdS structures, CdSe acoustoelectric domains, and ZnSe thin films. The Cu-CdS structures investigated were Cu-CdS Schottky barriers, Cu compensated CdS space charge limited structures, and Cu2S-CdS heterojunctions. (Modified author abstract)
