Abstract : The brucella allergen which the authors obtained directly from bacterial cells is advantageously distinguished from industrial brucella currently used for diagnosing brucella in humans by the fact that it is completely devoid of culture medium admixtures and, in addition, is purified of a considerable portion of ballast elements by the bacterial cell itself. By studying the different fractions extracted from the brucella, it was established that the protein fraction has allergenic properties. The research of D. A. Tsuverkalov, Yamamura and associates, Okada and associates and others disclosed that it is possible to extract the allergen directly from bacterial cells.
