Abstract : In the last decade in domestic literature reports have appeared about the development of strong reactions associated with the application of calcium chloride preparations. Calcium chloride solutions which produce a desensitizing effect, are widely used for the treatment of allergies and skin diseases. The authors observed anaphylactic shock after an intravenous injection of a 10% calcium chloride solution.
