Abstract : The investigation compares the cineholographic display technique using large condensing lenses to expand the viewing area to that using the fly's-eye lensatic array. It is found that for either system the film positioning tolerance is approximately 1/4 the lens or lenslet diameter. Refinemnets in the condensing lens technique are suggested and a 35 mm cineholographic projector is proposed. (Author)
