Abstract : Experimental measurements were performed of selected transitions between the two lowest excited levels in xenon gas, the 6s-6p' blue transitions. Interference fringe patterns produced by a Mach-Zehnder interferometer, with the electrically excited xenon in one beam, are analyzed spectrally in an attempt to obtain relative f-values.
