Abstract : Part one of the report generalizes an approach for the design of optimal inputs to multiinput-multioutput systems with process or driving noise. In part two, new results are derived for the computation of D-optimal randomized input design to identify unknown parameters in linear systems with process noise and in nonlinear and distributed parameter systems without process noise.
