Abstract : The transmission characteristics of thin Al films (about 200A) for 100 GHz radiation was measured. The superconducting films were put into various non-equilibrium states by illuminating them with an Ar laser where power was changed from zero to 500 MW. The conclusion of the work is that the films are not heated in agreement with previous results. (Author)
