Abstract : In the report the authors define and study a prior satisficing nucleolus--a solution concept for n-person cooperative game in stochastic characteristic function form. The authors provide two different proofs for the existence of this prior nucleolus, and prove its uniqueness for a wide class of distribution functions. (Modified author abstract)
