Abstract : The technical aspects of making electroauragrams of living organisms involving nerves, muscles and heart of a frog and the human heart and muscle tissue were made possible by the invention of an amplifier with an input impedance of 10'' ohms. Electrical field generated by nerves were measured at distances of 6 to 61 mm and the heart's field measured from 2 to 20 mm, from the apex to the ventricle of the frog's heart. The sampling from the human heart was measured at a distance, with a probe, of 2.5 cm. The frequency conversion was from 5 to 50 cps. (Author)
