Abstract : The serological study of the nature of the antibodies and the intensiveness of their development showed that after a sensitizing administration of extract of pollen of mallow, hibiscus, cotton plant, kochia, and Indian corn, hemagglutinins develop. In addition to the hemagglutinizing antibodies to the pollen of mallow, hibiscus, and kochia, in the organism of the animals complement-fixing antibodies developed. The formation of several types of antibodies to the administration of an extract of one pollen may be explained by the complexity of its antigenic structure.
