Abstract : During a polyvalent sensitization to bacterial allergens of patients with allergoses and sensitized animals, the percentage of neutrophils subjected to leukocytolysis under the effect of specific allergens in vitro, was within the limits of 20-25 percent. With high degree of sensitization the percentage of leukocytolysis in certain patients predominantly to the allergens of hemolytic streptococcus and proteus increased to 40-55, however, the grand total percentage of leukocytolysis to the same allergens reached 129-150. Based on these immunogenicity data, it is possible to assume that only with high degree of polyvalent sensitization of patients with severe allergoses does one leucocyte develop hypersensitivity to 2 or 3 allergens.
