Abstract : The report describes a program of atmospheric turbulence and attenuation measurements conducted at the APL laser range. Attenuation was measured simultaneously at 0.63, 1.06, and 10.6 micrometers during a variety of fog conditions. Turbulence was monitored at 0.63 and 10.6 micrometers in order to provide insight into the amplitude and frequency spectrum of this atmospheric turbulence. (Author)
