Abstract : A computer program has been developed for calculating potential-pH diagrams of metal-ion-H2O systems. A brief description of the program is presented along with two diagrams calculated by computer. The method is considerably simpler than previously reported methods and makes use of the concept of 'convexity' from operations research to determine areas of predominance of particular species.
