Abstract : In this report are presented certain experiences combining the effect of concentration of sodium carbonate acid and formation voltage on the electrical properties of the formed oxide layers on aluminum. It appears from experience, that also at concentration changes of sodium carbonate acid as well as during formation voltage changes the change curve of unit C indicates a maximum, and the change curve tg delta shows a minimum. In the report are designated concentrations, at which these curves attain extreme values.
