Abstract : The status of a six-frequency (50, 139, 398, 850, 1210, and 3000 Mc/s) radar auroral-echo investigation program is described. Results on wavelength dependence and aspect sensitivity are presented and compared with existing models of the auroral reflection mechanism. (Author)
