Abstract : This technical report discusses the effort performed during the third quarter pertaining to the Multiple Target Coherent Optical Receiver Techniques contract which was initiated on 10 Mar 66. The problem is primarily concerned with optical heterodyne techniques through a real atmosphere. In addition, data gathering on range and range rate is a secondary goal. The major effort during this quarter has been in the fabrication of components for the feasibility model. (Author)
