Abstract : This report is a collection of three unrelated articles presenting recent work in the field of crystallography. Section I, A Computer Program to Investigate Reticular Pseudomerohedry, briefly describes a 7094 Fortran IV computer program that supplies data necessary to predict likely twin planes or twin axes from the theory of twinning by reticular pseudomerohedry and to examine how well such predictions work. Section II, Film Flatness in the Precession Camera, notes a procedure that eliminates a problem particularly critical in precession work, i.e., the occasional bulging of the film in the Buerger precession camera and other x-ray diffraction cameras. Section III, Martensite Transformations, A Definition, presents an encyclopedia-style definition and description of martensite transformations. (Author)
