Abstract : The following data are given for the electrical resistivity of ordered Cu3Au alloy. The effects of various parameters such as heat treatment, deformation and irradiation are shown to have an effect on the ordering phenomenon in the Cu-Au system and thus on the electrical resistivity. A phase diagram is given for the Cu-Au system and a diagram of the ordered unit cell helps to show the crystallographic nature of this alloy. Finally data are given for CuAu3 because of its similarity to the Cu3Au alloy. The critical temperatures for ordering are given as 388 C for Cu3Au and 220 C for CuAu3. (Author)
