Abstract : A user's manual and program description are presented for a subsonic kernel-function procedure for the prediction of oscillatory pressure distributions on finite-aspect-ratio wings with partial-span control surfaces. The report contains a listing of the complete Fortran IV digital computer program, a description of the functioning of the various program subroutines, input instructions and output description. Application of the program is illustrated by the input and output for a sample problem. Also contained in this report are recommendations for program usage, including descriptions of certain parameters which have been left unspecified to enhance the versatility and long-term usefulness of the program.
