Abstract : Surface reactions of cadmium selenide were studied by LEED techniques. The effects of oxygen, carbon dioxide, water vapor, carbon monoxide and hydrogen were observed under various conditions. In general the diffraction pattern remained unchanged during the exposures except in the presence of a hot filament. (Author)
