Abstract : The document contains an abstract of a research paper concerning the use of nuclear magnetic resonance in measuring D. C. magnetic fields. A detailed description is given of the design and parameters of an instrument for measuring the magnetic field ranging from 500 to 30,000 Oe. The instrument is suitable for absolute and relative measurements of D. C. fields, magnets of circular and linear accelerators, various spectrometers, and for gauging of other less accurate instruments for measuring magnetic fields.
