Abstract : Results of domain triggering and single device locking characteristics for the domain mode and the LSA mode are listed. Array configurations were utilized to demonstrate multi-element locking. Phase locking transients were evaluated experimentally and theoretically for single device and array configurations. Average power outputs from a single device as high as 320 mw have been obtained as part of this program. (Author)
