Abstract : The article proceeds with the description of devices based on the photoelectric effect. Here belong the photo-resistor, the barrier-layer photoelement, the photodiode, the semiconductor laser and the optical transistor. It concludes the series with cryogenic devices (cryotron, cryosar, cryosistor) and piezoelectric devices. Four more devices have been put out on the market since this series of articles was written, namely: the deplistor, the chargistor, the flexode and the quantrol. All components covered in this entire series (Parts I-VI) are classified and tabulated according to the basic effect and the basic function.
