Abstract : The purpose of this investigation was to study the feasibility of producing fiber reinforced composites by vibratory compaction and liquid phase sintering. Tensile data for continuous fiber reinforced composites fabricated by this technique was in very good agreement with the rule-of- mixing. (Author, modified-PL)
