Abstract : Information from a test with 131-I-bengal-rose was used to determine the mathematical model of liver chromexcretory function. The transfer function of the studied system (liver), was assumed as a racional fractionated one. For the input function the activity in blood was determinated from the curve registrated over the head of the observed animal. The output function of the modelated transfer was compared with the curve obtained by a detector over the liver area. It was found that the model is only a linear approximation of the real nonlinear liver function. A system of nonlinear equations was designed the solution of which was in good correlation with experimental results. (Author)
