Abstract : This note presents preliminary analysis results for terminal homing guidance against a stationary ground target. The nominal descent trajectory is vertical. Items examined are proportional navigation constant variations, pull-in capability, heading variations, blind range guidance, and a modified form of proportional navigation guidance. The digital simulation program used in the study is documented. (Author)
