Abstract : This volume, Part VIII of ten parts, contains detailed instructions for operation of the computer program described in Part VII of this report. The program computes performance for a fan/compressor for any specified bypass ratio. Program subroutine listings and example runs are also presented. Some results of the program and comparisons of program predictions with test data which are summarized in Part VII are discussed in greater detail in this volume. (Author)
