Abstract : Procedures for computing thermodynamic and wind data from radiosonde observations have been developed and presented in a variety of sources. The purpose of this report is to: (1) present the procedures utilized at the Kwajalein Missile Range, (2) discuss the method of input and output format, and (3) present the program currently utilized at the Kwajalein Missile Range for machine computation of the atmospheric parameters. The techniques outlined for rawinsonde data evaluation are used routinely on a CDC-8090/3300 system for computer evaluation of Weather Bureau radiosonde data obtained with the GMD-1 Rawin Set.
